Hinterkopf Service Centre in Eislingen

Our central service department at the company headquarters in Eislingen is the first contact if you want to put Hinterkopf-machines from earlier series up to date. For example the control system and the motors of printing units can be upgraded, additional ink units or a new printing drum can be installed. Together with the client, we find an economic solution.

Spare parts, reconstructions or revisions

Hinterkopf-machines have an unusually long service life. For exactly this reason we attach great importance to a secure supply of spare parts that goes far beyond the statutory minimum period of ten years. Our customers can be sure that they always get original spare parts for all Hinterkopf-machines - in guaranteed OEM quality. That's a promise!

Inspection of Drying Systems

Regularly scheduled inspections by the original equipment manufacturer ensure optimum availability of the drying systems and provide return of investment by lowering repair and operating costs.

Heating system of drying ovens, when not optimally adjusted, progressively consume more energy and increase operating and repair costs. If exhaust systems are not working to specifications, they can release harmful substances to the environment. Last not least, technical break down time of the systems cause loss of production. These costly and negative effects have to be avoided.

As original equipment manufacturer, we recommend the implementation of a bi-annual maintenance service program, tailored to your situation. Our streamlined maintenance program requires only two working days, including one day with the line not in production. After completion of the comprehensive inspection, you will receive a detailed report, a solid overview of the condition of your system, and peace of mind your system is in reliable working order.

Revisions by Hinterkopf or under own auspices with support

Even the reliable Hinterkopf machines must be serviced occasionally during their above-average long service life. Our service department will either do all work or support you with their know-how if you decide to do the revision on your own.
