LW43 & LW44

The Hinterkopf basic coating units LW43 and LW44 have proven worldwide for many years. They differ in the diameter of the coater roller.

When they are executed as dip coating units, they are flanged to the basic machine H200 which they are perfectly adapted for.
Depending on the specification the lacquer is filled in manually, but usually with a pump. Further characteristics of the LW43 and LW44 are the cooled dip rollers, the axial adjustment by up to 12 millimetres and an arbitrary coating roller width.
The differences: The coater roller diameter is 200 mm (LW43) and 180 mm (LW44).
