Individual solutions, personal contact and perfect quality
As each customer is different and has different needs, we adapt each production line to the individual requirements - and not vice versa. In one case special technical demands must be fulfilled, in the other case structural features of the company building have to be considered. We take them all into account in the calculation and project planning.
If for example the available length is limited the drying ovens are placed above the Hinterkopf-machines. Our experienced planners utilise an above average height by designing the accumulator higher than usual. Hinterkopf makes the optimum possible instead of making an idle compromise!
If you choose Hinterkopf as a general contractor you communicate with only one partner. This particularly applies to third-party components such as extrusion presses which are integrated in our production lines.
