Drying

The quality of tube and can decoration will only be good if printing, lacquering and drying make a perfect match. The optimal drying method takes account of printing inks, lacquers and carrier material.

Drying

Lacquering and printing develop their full effect in the decoration of cans, tubes or bottles in conjunction with drying. Drying is a precondition for further processing, such as necking or capping.
With air circulation and radiation drying ovens Hinterkopf fulfils all the requirements. The air circulation drying ovens can be heated by gas, electricity or hot water, depending on customer's request. Gas-heated air circulation drying ovens heat faster, produce more heat and are the best economic solution for large tubes and cans, due to low energy costs.
