Flexo Print

Flexographic printing is one of the newer relief printing processes, so-called because of the use of flexible printing plates.

Realistic reproduction

An optimal reproduction is possible with half-tone and photo-realistic images.
As the development of this printing process was only possible with aniline inks, it was named aniline printing until the early 50s. Today, however, you can also use water-based inks.
In flexographic printing the flexible printing plate transfers the pattern directly to plastic tubes. Owing to a screening half-tone prints are possible as well.
Compared to all other printing processes the flexographic printing of photographic material exhibits brilliantly an absolutely realistic reproduction - amazingly real!
